Carlos Primiciero: Head of International Relations - Latin America
Carlos Primiciero is a licensed educator and strategic leader driving Sunray Academy of Canada’s expansion across Latin America (LATAM). As Head of Strategic Partnerships for Latin America at Sunray Academy of Canada, he oversees the development of institutional collaborations that enable students throughout the region to access the Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) with full academic rigour, personalized support, and meaningful cross-cultural engagement.
Carlos ensures partner schools provide the operational, logistical, and enrollment support required for Sunray Academy of Canada’s academic teams to deliver synchronous instruction, assessment, and credit equivalencies fully aligned with Ontario Ministry of Education standards. He guides the implementation of schedule management and collaborative learning experiences that connect students across LATAM with Canadian teachers and peers, fostering an inclusive, globally connected learning environment.
Carlos brings expertise in curriculum design, international program development, and cross-cultural education. He works closely with students and their families, teachers, and institutional partners to ensure each learner’s pathway is structured, personalized, and impactful—while reflecting Sunray Academy of Canada’s core pillars of Leadership in Learning, Connected Learning Culture, and Illuminating Potential.
With his leadership, Sunray Academy of Canada’s LATAM partnerships expand access to high-quality Canadian education, build long-term institutional relationships, and cultivate global citizenship.
